Our Melton Family Treats You Like Family. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Clinton, TN for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at MELTON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INC. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Daily tasks include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and working closely with customers to address their needs and concerns. Pay is determined by experience, ranging from $16hr -30hr. Health Insurnace and benefits provided. (401k, vacation pay, holiday pay, parental leave, bonuses, etc.) Commerical vehicle and company phone provided Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve HVAC system issues Experience with preventive maintenance in HVAC systems Knowledge and proper handling of EPA standards and regulations Understanding of electricity and its application in HVAC systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Relevant HVAC certification or licensing is preferred Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment Valid driver's license required Seniority level
