Responsibilities

Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement or trial.

Conduct client intakes and maintain regular communication with clients.

Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, wage loss documentation, and insurance information.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.

File documents with courts and administrative agencies (e‑filing and paper filing as required).

Track statutes of limitation, court deadlines, and calendaring requirements.

Assist with settlement demands and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness lists.

Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing aanvullende counsel.

Maintain accurate case management and billing records.

Qualifications

Paralegal certificate or associate’s/bachelor’sährung in paralegal studies or a related field.

Experience in personal injury law (plaintiff‑side preferred).

Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures and terminology.

Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Familiarity with e‑filing systems and local court rules.

Preferred experience with medical record review and summarization.
