We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst with strong experience in financial applications and banking systems.
The role involves supporting a suite of financial applications, developing complex reports and queries, and providing technical guidance to business users.
Experience in banking or loan application systems is mandatory, and knowledge of Oracle ERP/EPM and Finastra certification is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and modify complex reports and queries using IBM Cognos and Oracle PL/SQL. Support and maintain loan applications and associated interfaces to ensure smooth functionality. Consult with business users to address application functionality questions and provide technical guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues at server, client, and interface levels, including vendor coordination for support and upgrades. Create ad-hoc reports and data extracts for regulatory, IT, and business needs using strong SQL and data modeling skills. Document business requirements and present logical solutions to stakeholders. Work with enterprise scheduling tools and ETL tools for data integration and automation. Maintain and enhance data warehouse interfaces and ensure data integrity. Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of application support and/or development experience in the financial domain. Strong PL/SQL and SQL development skills. Experience supporting loan or deposit systems (e.g., LoanIQ). Strong data modeling and analytics skills for interface development and reporting. Excellent troubleshooting skills across server, client, and interface levels. Proven ability to work with vendors for support, enhancements, and upgrades. Hands‑on experience with Oracle 10g/11, Microsoft SQL Server, schemas, views, stored procedures, and triggersiam Experience with enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., Cybermation, AutoSys) and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, DTS, Informatica). Familiarity with data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin). Preferred Qualifications
Banking industry experience (mandatory). Knowledge of Oracle ERP/EPM (highly desired).
