Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.**What You Will Be Doing:**Provide 24/7 coverage at the corporate office and maintain a safe, secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Monitor access points, patrol the premises, respond to incidents and alarms, and enforce company safety and security policies using clear communication and a customer-focused approach.Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background Check may be ordered on final candidates.**What We're Looking For:*** Strong observational and situational awareness* Excellent written and verbal communication* Professional and courteous customer service demeanor* Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure* Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response* Ability to operate and access control systems* Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques* Time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team* Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation**Shelter's uncompromising commitment to excellence doesn't stop with our customers.
