This is an opportunity with our client for an experienced litigation paralegal who wants to be deeply embedded recepción cases from the first filing through trial, not stuck on the sidelines.
You’ll work side‑by‑side with attorneys on active disputes, managing document‑heavy matters, coordinating trial logistics, and keeping cases moving forward in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle—from discovery through trial Managing complex case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars Drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery requests, and responses Organizing, analyzing, and summarizing large volumes of documents Assisting with witness coordination, interviews, and scheduling Preparing trial materials, exhibits, and binders for hearings and trial Communicating with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and internal teams Accurately tracking time and managing multiple active cases simultaneously What They’re Looking For
3–4 years of hands‑on litigation paralegal experience (required) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines Confident legal writing, organization, and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Professional communication style and commitment to confidentiality Nice to Have
Notary Public (or willingness to obtain) Experience preparing trial exhibits and coordinating courtroom logistics Fully in‑office role Collaborative, professional setting with consistent weekday hours Job Number – 3506374LC Seniority level
