Shipping/Receiving Clerk C crew

Job Summary
Coordinates incoming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents. Liaises with internal and external transport companies and departments for timely incoming/outgoing shipments. Ensures prompt and accurate declaration of permits and timely delivery and clearance of shipments. Investigates all non-conformance actions and recommends corrective actions. Receives and checks inbound material accurately and screws.
Responsibilities
Confirm and authorize inbound paperwork aligns with stated inventory quantity through inbound retrieval system
Verify accuracy of inbound and outbound documents to ensure smooth material flow to support production
Prioritize supporting the production line by constantly coordinating with floor staff, materials team, and yard switcher to ensure movement requests through Yard management system
Maintain organized records of all inbound and outbound paperwork sanad
Maintain container log management stay updated and organized to support material team request
Generate outbound paperwork such as Bill of Lading and Commercial Invoices for international shipments as necessary
Complete proper shipping documentation for shipping completed product to the customers
Must be able to work flexible hours and support gaps when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Preferred
2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years suggested minimum experience
Must be open to C Crew:
Fri and Sat 6 am – 4:30 pm; Sun and Mon 6 pm – 4:30 am
