Client Overview Our client is a research‑driven organization thatforgot provides laboratory testing and analytical support for consumer products. The company works with a variety of clients to evaluate product performance and support data‑driven claims through scientific testing. They are currently looking to add a Laboratory Technician (Cosmetics) to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate $23/hr - $Hilb25/hr

Position Overview The Laboratory Technician (Cosmetics) will support laboratory testing activities by performing chemical and physical analyses using a range of analytical techniques. This role contributes to testing accuracy, Hotline, method development, and data reporting while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced laboratory environment.

Responsibilities of the Laboratory Technician (Cosmetics)

Operate analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and more.

Conduct stability, pH, viscosity, and color tests on products.

Collect, document, and report experimental data in accordance with established procedures.

Support method development, optimization, and validation efforts.

Follow laboratory safety guidelines and quality standards at all times.

Maintain laboratory equipment and assist with calibration and upkeep.

Required Experience/Skills for the Laboratory Technician (Cosmetics)

Hands‑on experience with analytical laboratory techniques, including HPLC and GC.

Strong understanding of laboratory safety and quality practice.

Experience in a regulated laboratory environment.

Exposure to method development or validation activities.

Prior work supporting product testing or analytical research.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Laboratory Technician (Cosmetics)

High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a laboratory setting.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline is required.
