Must have a private, distraction‑free home office with Spectrum internet service when working from home.
Ability to report to a local service location within 45 minutes if remote work becomes impossible.

Duties

Respond effectively to customer requests so they feel supported and valued.
Provide customer account information and technical support.
Assist customers with credit program information, aid programs, and energy‑efficiency initiatives.
Explain rate information and bill calculations.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information per company policies.
Demonstrate and maintain a strong safety record.
Full‑time position.
$18.00 to $25.72 per hour to start, with career advancement opportunity up to $33.08 per hour.
