Responsibilities
Assist customers with produce selections and provide excellent customer service.
Clean, fill, and rotate produce displays to maintain freshness.
Under direct supervision of the Produce Manager.
Lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods.
Qualifications
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Preferred Skills
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
