Linamar Corporation
Level 2- Maintenance Semi Skilled Worker
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems including mechanical, electrical, and building systems. These tasks will not require extensive specialization in one particular trade, and you will be required to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.

Performance Expectation
Maintain systems to track, report, document and assist with scheduled preventative maintenance
Record coolant refractometer readings, top up machine oils and record usage
Manage oil and coolant inventory
Maintain equipment in a safe and clean manner
Operate a forklift
Credentials
A High School diploma or equivalent
One-year experience in manufacturing
Enrolled in the Apprenticeship program
Ability to use specialized measuring tools such as verniers, micrometers, feeler gauges and dial indicators
Ability to interpret and review schematic drawings of mechanical, structural, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Desired Characteristics
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to perform tasks independently under direct supervision
Ability to work all rotating shifts
Ability to work overtime as required
