Atlantic Lawn & Garden is seeking a reliable and motivated Fine Gardening Laborer to support our landscape maintenance and division. This hands‑on role involves physical outdoor work, assisting crew leaders, and learning proper horticultural techniques while contributing to the upkeep of high‑end residential properties.
Qualifications
Willingness to perform physical outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Interest in learning plant care and landscape maintenance practices
Spanish‑speaking skills preferred but not required
Prior lawn maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities Mow lawns, edge, weed whack, and blow off hard surfaces
Operate basic landscape equipment independently (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
Pick up yards, remove debris, and maintain clean, professional job sites
Assist crew leaders with daily landscape maintenance tasks
Load and unload trucks and trailers with equipment, materials, and debris
