Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Santa Rosa, FL for a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP). The Speech‑Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, voice, language, and communication disorders. Key responsibilities include collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams; providing therapy services to meet individualized education plans (IEPs); documenting progress; and ensuring evidence‑based practices to support effective treatment outcomes for students.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing speech‑related challenges.
Experience diagnosing and treating dysphagia and other swallowing disorders.
Skilled in managing communication and language disorders in educational settings.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
Prior experience in school‑based settings is preferred.
