Auburn University Athletics, a member of the Southeast Conference, invites applications for one Ticket Operations & Sales Graduate Assistant position to begin Fall of 2026. This position supports Ticket Office operations and game-day execution.

Essential Functions

Becoming proficient in Paciolan ticketing system including building, selling, managing inventory, online sales, promotions, communications and working with other departments such as marketing and communications to sell and promote assigned sport.

Utilization of Salesforce CRM and our partnerships with FEVO, VetTix, and SeatGeek to ensure our tickets are distributed in many different ways.

Provide excellent customer service to our fans, donors, students, and outside entities.

Responsible for working each home football event.

Assist in day‑to‑day operations of the ticket office including inbound phone calls, answering emails, overseeing Ticket Office training, and assist supervising selected basketball, gymnastics, baseball and softball events.

Training student staff, equipment setup, and testing for game days.

Will gain experience with our outbound sales team in strategy, implementation, and execution of sales practices. Making outbound calls for new, returning, and group sales for various sports.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Sports Management or related field.

Acceptance into graduate school at Auburn University is required before candidate can officially be offered the position. Position requires a two‑year commitment. Applicants selected for the position must then apply for and be accepted into the Auburn University graduate school. Position includes graduate school tuition waiver and monthly stipend.

To be on assistantship, a graduate student must be in a degree‑seeking program allowing tuition waiver (College of Education and MBA program not available), be registered for at least one course during each academic term of the assistantship, satisfy the minimum load specifications of the individual departments and be making satisfactory progress toward the degree.

Candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to work nights and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Paciolan ticket system.

Experience working in collegiate or professional sports.

Pay Rate $1,235.05 monthly.

Work Hours 20 hours per week.

Location Auburn, Alabama.
