Position Summary Under warrthe general direction of the Cardiovascular Lab Supervisor, the Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist performs a variety of invasive procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. The Technologist assists physicians by scrubbing and monitoring patients during procedures. This position is represented by SEIU, Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Responsibilities
Perform invasive cardiac procedures under the general direction of the Cardiovascular Lab Supervisor.
Assist physicians by scrubbing and monitoring patients during procedures.
فه Requirements Minimum
Minimum two (2) years’ experience as an Imaging Technologist.
Proficient in interpreting E.K.G. and trained in Intra‑Aortic Balloon Pump.
Completion of an AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology program.
RG ARRT certification – American Registry of Radiologic Technicians.
CT ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA).
CT CPRBLS – Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA.
Required quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post‑hire.
Preferred
Associate Degree.
Pay Range $46.37 - $64.32 /hour
