Master’s Degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology
Computer Skills
Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
Basic internet navigation skills
Certificates & Licenses
Valid Speech‑Language Pathologist state license where appropriate

Responsibilities Provide Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients, in accordance with the principles and practices of Speech‑Language Safely and within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Provide quality patient care, including screening and evaluation, development of treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management. Maintain professional conduct that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation's commitment to quality and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Optimize communication, cognitive‑linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients by providing, directing, and overseeing speech therapy.
Build a strong SLP therapy program.
Enhance clinical expertise and management skills through interaction with managers, therapists, and other professional staff, self‑study and continuing education.
Maintain a valid state license and remain aware of professional issues and the health care environment.
Understand relevant payment models, billing and treatment guidelines, and clinically appropriate delivery modes; provide quality care with reasonable goals and outcomes within guidelines.
Be compliant with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols తర within the facility.
Proficient reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension in English for instructions, correspondence, charts, memასწ, and reports.
