Location: Irving, TX
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (or until job completion)
As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results.

$1,000 Sign‑On Bonus just for joining the team!
Paid $500 after 6 months and another $500 at 12 months of continuous full‑time employment
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment (training provided)
Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders all day
Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a non–climate‑controlled warehouse (seasonal temperature variations)
Experience with forklift or other pallet‑in‑transit equipment (preferred)
