Job Description
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands.
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in hands‑on food preparation and delivery as needed.
Assist in analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in the food service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilitiesőr.
Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Valid driver’s license with 2 years of experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Food handler’s certification (preferred).
Customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods işilift up to 50 pounds.
