Physical Therapist Assistant

Salary: $32‑38/hr depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Follow‑Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
Therapeutic Interventions: Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
Documentation: Using Raintree, monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain‑management techniques, and care plans.
Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
Qualifications
Associate Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
