Part Time Nashville, TN, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1266 We are seeking a creative and reliable Part‑Time Social Media Assistant to join our team! Minimum 6 hours in-store; 2-4 hours remote Primary focus: Content creation for Instagram Stories for our brand Must be available remotely for at least one weekend day (up to 1 hour between 9:30–11:00 AM) Responsibilities
Posting prepared weekend socials (remote) Creating/posting Stories and responding to DMs (weekly) Preparing items for photoshoots (steaming & decensoring) Coverage when the Social Media Manager is at photoshoots & PTO Required Skills & Tools
Strong graphic design abilities Thorough understanding of Instagram platform features, algorithms, and best practices for posting Must have access to a smartphone (required for creating and posting content, especially Stories and remote work) Preferred Qualifications
Background in retail or branding is a plus Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk various distances, frequently climb/descend stairs, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs unassisted About the Role
This position is ideal for a student, intern, or side gig—offering valuable hands‑on experience in social media and branding. We’re looking for someone coachable, eager to learn through constructive feedback, and excited to collaborate on fresh ideas while filling in gaps during photoshoots and absences.
