We are growing our nurse team at NPH! We are adding Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts to help us provide life‑changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs who can work FULL TIME. Shifts are 12‑hours from 7 : 00 – 7 : 00 and have rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives!
Benefits
New hourly rates between $40–$45 per hour based on experience
$5 per hour night shift differential, $7 per hour weekend day shift (Sat & Sun), and $10 per hour weekend night shift differential

Responsibilities
Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Indiana.
Experience: One year of mental, behavioral, med‑surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred.
Must demonstrate exceptional compassion, passion for quality patient care, and commitment to serving an underserved population.
