Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, including staff coordination, process improvement, training, and troubleshooting. Manage workload assignments, scheduling, timekeeping, and patient inquiries. Serve as a resource for staff and liaise with clinic management to maintain high standards of care and service. Provide up to 90% clinical support as needed to meet business needs. Lead huddles, ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and departmental policies. Maintain supply inventory, order supplies, and monitor department operations. Resolve complex patient concerns and escalates to management as appropriate. Participate in quality assurance, staff development, and process improvement initiatives. General Requirements
Demonstrates incorporation of Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values into practices. Greet patients, perform vital signs, obtain and record pertinent information. Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of clinic RN functions and clerical roles. Optimizes clinic operations, facilitating communication among team members. Oversees staff scheduling, onboarding, education, payroll, performance management. Responds to patient inquiries, escalates issues, ensures compliance with regulations. Maintains confidentiality and upholds organizational integrity. Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years RN experience in a clinic setting. Supervisory or lead-level experience preferred. Active RN license in Iowa (other states may be required). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months. Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months. Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows, web, MS Office). Strong communication, diplomacy, and leadership skills. Benefits
