Cardio - Registered Nurse
Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center is hiring for this position with per diem shifts available from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on weekends. Join a fantastic company and facility led by an engaged management team.
Responsibilities
Directing, initiating, and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
Performing resident/patient assessments.
Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
Preparing equipment, applying or changing dressings, and monitoring찍 patients.
Checking residents/patients’ vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records.
Overseeing clinical operations and handling various administrative tasks.
Administering prescribed medications and injections.
Acting as a leader by providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
Assisting in the admissions and discharge process.
Encompassing not only clinical responsibilities but also administrative duties.
