About The Role:
Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer per‑diem, part‑time, and full‑time child and adolescent opportunities for Licensed Clinicians or Master’s Level Clinicians working toward their licensure in our Outpatient Program in Haverhill, MA. Our outpatient counseling allows our patients to receive treatment options and support within a more flexible time schedule. While programs are structured, our outpatient counseling is best for those stepping down from a higher level of care, seeking limited treatment options, or testing out treatment for the first time. Arbour offers individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school‑based treatment, and elder services within our outpatient program. The Master’s Level Outpatient Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual,שריבן, family, or other authorized therapy services within our outpatient center, participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, and ensure that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist’s training, experience, and general level of competence. Arbour provides clinicians with the ability to customize their own professional experience and offers a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance.

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and community agencies and resources
Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule
Qualifications:
Master ولكن Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related mental‑health field from an accredited college or university
Comfortably working with child and adolescent clients
Completed an internship during Master’s Program to obtain 45 credits
Required license eligibility with: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
CANS Certification preferred (also able to obtain after hiring if needed)
Non‑judgmental ability to foster self‑sufficiency using problem‑solving and practical skills
Familiarity with support groups
Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy, and insight
Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
Excellent time‑management skills to maintain appointments and timely record‑keeping
Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
Candidate must pass a COR retailer and drug test, as well as other pre‑employment documentation
