Overview
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location: Greenwood Village, CO Schedule: Full Time (32 hours+) Base pay range: starting at $78,000/yr. Incentives: $10,000 Sign on Bonus and/or indefinite student loan help. This role is with Select Physical Therapy. Populations and focus areas include Orthopedics, Concussion, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, Amputees, Industrial, Vestibular, FCEs, Ergonomics, POETs, Dry Needling, and more. We are seeking a full-time outpatient physical therapist for our Greenwood Village center. Responsibilities
Be adaptable and flexible to accommodate colleagues and patients. Maintain patient-centric care with proactive, empathetic communication. Communicate clearly and effectively as part of a clinical team. Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Collaborate as a team member within the clinical team to support patient care. Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start. Ability to work 32+ hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds dead weight. Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a work day/shift. Visual and hearing abilities sufficient to evaluate, diagnose, monitor patient needs, and provide directions. Ability to push wheeled equipment through the facility and community. Fine motor skills for reporting, charting, scheduling, and handling diagnostic or therapeutic equipment. Benefits and Additional Info
