Conduct patient assessments, monitor behavioral health status, and implement care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized patient treatment.
Manage emergency situations effectively and provide crisis intervention as needed.
May be assigned charge nurse duties without additional compensation.
Participate in floating assignments to other units based on staffing needs.
Comply with all regulatory and facility‑specific guidelines.
Qualifications
Current RN licensure with psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
Strong communication, observation, and crisis management skills.
Ability to work with a diverse patient population including children and adolescents.
Must be 21 years or older.
Successful completion of an Oklahoma Department of Human Services fingerprint background check.
