Supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including all regulatory and FMS policy requirements. Ensures provision of quality patient care while maintaining cost‑effective clinical operations in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory 普大松. Acts as the clinical leader, making daily decisions to ensure continuity of care and patient and staff ▀ safety. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manages tactical execution of short‑ and long‑term objectives, coordinating activities with direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing. Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports, partnering with Human Resources on employee matters. Technically proficient in the department and knowledgeable of industry practice and business principles; works on issues of diverse scope requiring multi‑factor analysis. Supports and drives FMS quality standards by meeting all ESRD regulatory requirements and utilizing QAI tools. Addresses and acts on adverse events and action thresholds; oversees the facility’s Home Therapies Program when applicable. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; communicates and implements all FMS Clinical Quality policies and procedures. Maintains the integrity of medical and administrative records; complies with data collection, audit, basically filing responsibilities. Maintains facility environmental integrity and safety. Leads tactical execution in multi‑faceted environments, managing significant project/process responsibilities; decisions impact work processes and outcomes. Interacts with supervisors, customers, peer managers, and other company divisions; presents at internal and external meetings, often leading project teams. Provides technical guidance and performs other related duties as assigned. Patient Care
Coordinates all aspects of patient care from admission to discharge. Educates patients on quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access, including catheter reduction and adherence to treatment regimes. Actively serves as resource for patient concerns and questions. Ensures timely completion of patient assessments and care plans; keeps patient scheduling efficient. Monitors patient status changes—hospitalizations, no‑shows, catheter use and other significant shifts. Develops action plans for unexcused and missed treatments in collaboration with the Director. Plans, coordinates, and serves as liaison for patient care per disease‑management agreements, including access management, dialysis services, education, hospitalizations, and kidney transplantation. Communicates changes in patient status regarding clinical, insurance, travel, and transportation issues isan extension. Maintains knowledge of disease‑management software and systems. Staff
Implements FMS staffing and medical supply models to ensure quality patient care. woordig recruitment and interview processes and hiring decisions. Ensures new hires complete orientation, mandatory in‑services, ICD code training, and documentation. Provides ongoing training to meet risk‑management compliance. Maintains knowledge of FMCNA benefits, HR policies, procedures, and processes; acts as a staff resource. Provides counseling for clinical staff, encouraging professional growth. Facilitates physician privilege applications; ensure compliance with FMS Medical Staff By‑Laws. Provides strong Director‑physician relationships and facilitates staff–physician relationship.
