Hyatt Regency London Olympia will be part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic conventioncentrebuilt in 1873, into a comprehensive convention, entertainment, and cultural district in West London. Anchored by the iconic glass barrel-vaulted roofs of the Grand and National Halls, the new 14-acre site will feature a boutique multi-screen arthouse cinema, a 4,000-capacity music and performing arts venue, a 1,500-seat theatre, a rooftop sky garden, as well as restaurants, shops, cafés, and office and co-working spaces.

Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, as well as a lobby lounge. Additionally, there will be three meeting rooms and direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Host

Welcome and assist guests during night hours, managing late check-ins, early departures, and guest enquiries with professionalism and warmth.

Handle overnight front desk operations, including reservations, billing, calls, system updates, and basic administrative tasks.

Responding appropriately to any incidents or emergencies.

Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times.

Complete night audit and provide a clear handover to the morning team.

About you Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities skills are required.
