Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Financial Reporting professional to manage end(game?)to-end accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with
Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP
(as 元 applicable).
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Manage general ledger, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
Lead statutory audits, inera audits, and coordinate with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision‑making.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Implement and monitor internal financial controls and process improvements.
Mentor and guide junior accounting team members.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards.
Expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis.
Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar).
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
