Leasing Consultant
to join our on-site team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in
apartment leasing and property management
with a stable, fast-growing company. What You’ll Do Lease apartments and provide tours to prospective residents Deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing process Process applications and lease paperwork accurately Support marketing efforts and maintain strong occupancy Build positive relationships with current and future residents What We’re Looking For
Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (training provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Willing to complete required online training $18–$19/hour + leasing commissions Annual performance raises (up to 5%) $500–$1,000 employee referral bonuses Affordable medical & dental insurance (starting around $45/month – Blue Cross) 401(k) with company match Vision, life, and disability insurance Paid Time Off: 80 hours in Year 1 120 hours after 2–4 years 160 hours after 5+ years 20% rent discount
