As a Financial Advisor Assistant, you will: Help with daily client paperwork and process transactions.4 Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate. Report project status to your manager and meet deadlines.5 Manage appointment schedules for both current and prospective clients.6 Maintain necessary record-keeping for accounts. Answer and screen phone calls, direct callers, take messages, and answer questions professionally.7 Collaborate effectively with the team. Be flexible as responsibilities may evolve with company needs. Qualifications
Integral Financial LLC is looking for candidates with: A
Bachelor’s degree
from an accredited college. Securities licenses (Series 7/ Series 6 / SIE) and an Insurance license are preferred but not required.8 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred.9 Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is strongly preferred for San Jose and Fremont locations.10 Fluency in Cantonese Chinese and English is strongly preferred for the San Francisco location. Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.11 Strong ability to multi-task and solve problems. A polite and clear phone manner. High attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility regarding work hours and locations.
