proven Loan Originator

to lead that growth.

This is a rare opportunity to grow the real estate market in the area without starting from scratch. We’ve been in the Tallahassee market before, are well‑regarded by local builders, and have the balance sheet, pricing, and underwriting flexibility to win. What we haven’t had is a dedicated originator focused on owning this market. That’s where you come in.

Responsibilities Education

Bachelor’s Degree OR

Achievement of formal certifications, specialized certification or licensing recognized in the industry.

Experience

4 – 7 years of similar or related experience.

Mortgage industry experience required.

A demonstrated producer with a strong track record.

Proven ability to build, expand, and sustain a strong book of business.

Deep understanding of and connection in the Tallahassee market (builders, brokers, developers, real‑estate agents).

Focused on impact and growth—not titles or hierarchy.

Requirements What We Offer

6‑Month Guaranteed Ramp Pay of $4,500/ month with Incentive Offset

$24,000 – $33,000 base annual salary, dependent on experience

Aggressive commission (basis points)

Unlimited earning potential

Inside and outside referral sources provided

Open territory with room to grow
