“I can succeed as an Investment Content Production Lead at Capital Group” The Investment Content Production Lead oversees the production of pitch decks, quarterly attribution reports, one‑pagers and more for a set of funds/strategies and is accountable for ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery. These materials are usually product specific and are used across institutional, gatekeeper and RIA audiences.
Responsibilities include leading the collaboration between Sales, Investment Directors, Investment Product Management and other key stakeholders to guide enhancements and craft compelling narratives to further NACG business goals.
Qualifications
You have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience working with mutual funds, investment research, and/or other investment tools.
CFA designation is a plus.
You have investment product knowledge which will allow you to drive consistency and accuracy of data across materials.
You have previous project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You have previous experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
You can influence senior business leaders on strategic business matters.
You can identify issues and recommend solutions on complex and broad matters.
You can plan processes and work across broad, diverse groups to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
You can build appropriate rapport with internal and external contacts.
You can lead and manage projects of significant scope across the organization.

Compensation Southern California Base Salary Range:
$125,909 – $201,454
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
