Position Summary The EVS AttendantAACW is responsible for ensuring optimum property cleanliness and presentation. Duties include being a role model of the core values of Fun, Friendly, and Community, and providing direction of daily operational activities. The role ensures that the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, aesthetics, and guest satisfaction are maintained; compliance with all training/licensure requirements is assured; and general upkeep of facilities is supported.
Responsibilities
Act as a role model of providing Hometown Hospitality and deliver Fun, as well as enthusiastically support the core values of Fun, Friendly and Community.
Perform various tasks to ensure property cleanliness and presentation, including: carpet maintenance – vacuum, sweep, mop, remove gum and debris;
Window maintenance – clean windows and mirrors;
Gaming equipment maintenance – clean slot machines, table felts, chairs, bases;
Office maintenance – clean walls, pantry area, remove trash, dust furniture;
Restroom maintenance – clean sinks, urinals, counters, polish fixtures, stock supplies;
General maintenance ekki: remove trash, assist in recycling program, clean ash seats, clean counters, spills, biological hazards adhering to Blood Borne Pathogen training guidelines;
Outdoor – monitor grounds, empty trash, pick up debris Jin Gerard; and set up cleanup as directed;
Follow checklists and guidelines for efficient and clean operation of assigned areas;
Attend and participate in pre‑shift briefings, arrive on time;
Adhere to OSHA and Hazcom safe work practices;
Ensure all spray bottles and chemical storage containers are properly labeled and only used for their intended purpose; Assist with receiving equipment and supplies and coordinate distribution and storage of such in an organized fashion, following 5S Principles (Sorted, Set in order, Systematically cleaned, Standardized, Sustained); Ensure that all storage areas are labeled and maintained in good order;
Monitor equipment condition and ensure it is properly maintained;
Conduct oneself in a gracious, kind and warm manner that creates a senseurgence and professional, courteous and responsive manner, which reflects positively on the company and its core values of Fun, Family and Community;
Perform other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.
Working Conditions
Work in varying levels of crowds, noise, and smoke; severity depends on assigned station and customer volume;
Work with various types of chemicals with proper precautions;
Occasionally work outside and be subject to all weather conditions; supportive clothingliği is provided;
Effectively and efficiently move around the work area;
Inspect and clean areas of responsibility;
Use ladders and clean ground level areas;
Transport all supplies to and from work areas;
Be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, with the ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally/ spé el with assistance and 20 lbs throughout the shift, and to perform actions such as pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling and balancing when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
Job Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Ability to read, analyze, interpret procedures, instructions, and correspondence/memos; write reports, businessights, and procedure manuals. Attention to detail and accuracy. Maintain confidential information.
Compliance Responsibilities
Attend required training sessions offered by the casino;
Obtain required license(s);
Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations;
Ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco;
Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures related to the team member’s department;
Have knowledge of the Property’sNOTE programs to address problem gambling;
Consult with the appropriate individuals and maintain an effective system of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with state regulations and internalին Controls Systems of Internal Controls;
Investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and report such instances to the appropriate levels of management;
