Position: Accounting Specialist

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 / Year

Job Duties

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation

Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data

Requirements

2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
