Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented

Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

to support day-to-day AP operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on accounts payable experience who enjoys working in an organized, transactional accounting environment and can manage invoices and vendor inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Match vendor invoices to receiving documents and supporting paperwork

Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system

Generate accounts payable and refund checks

Research and resolve vendor statement discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries via phone and email

Maintain organized files for both paid and unpaid invoices and statements

Organize, track, and match returns documentation

Support general AP recordkeeping and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience in accounts payable or accounting support

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with accounting systems and invoice processing

Ability to organize paperwork and manage multiple priorities

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
