AvalonBay Communities is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. Responsibilities
Delivering incredible customer service skills and building a sense of community.
Using sales and marketing abilities to create excitement and drive leasing performance.
Continuously following up with prospective residents with tailored updates and insights.
Demonstrating a genuine desire to help residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live.
You Have
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
