Job Description
Interview tax clients
Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and nonprofit entities
Review tax returns prepared by other staff accountants
Conduct tax research
Participate in audits of nonprofit and governmental entities
Audit & accounting research
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent public accounting experience
3+ years of tax preparation experience
Self-starter able to work independently and with others
Willingness to learn
Ability to use a variety of software programs including QuickBooks & Excel
Excellent analytical, Mab, communication and organizational skills
Quality oriented with an attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines
