Atrium is partnering with a leading construction company specializing in commercial and residential projects across the region. With a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, they have successfully completed numerous landmark projects. They are currently expanding and looking to add an Accounts Receivable Manager to their team.
Salary $85k - $95k
Position Overview The Accounts Receivable Manager will have a strong background in construction accounting, specifically in progress billing and AIA documentation. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
Responsibilities

Prepare and submit progress billings and AIA documentation in accordance with project contracts.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Work closely with project managers and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance for senior management.
Required Experience / Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of progress billing and AIA documentation.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with construction accounting software, such as Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate or Procore.
Familiarity with lien waivers.
Knowledge of state and federal construction regulations and compliance requirements.
