DUTIES
Preparation, cooking, and service of a variety of foods
Working on tray line during meal service as needed
General cleaning up of kitchen and work area
Follow sanitation guidelines in preparation, storage and storage of food
Maintain required documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Certification in healthcare cooking (SERV Safe or Sodexo) - not required
Minimum one (1) year of experience in large-scale cooking - Preferred
Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food preparation
Weekends Required
Must be able to do some physical work
Should be a strong team player
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Will manage Kitchen in absence of food service director or Dietary Supervisor as needed
