Position Summary:
Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.

Essential Job Functions:
Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer, and other beverages
Washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures
Cut garnishes/fill garnishes based on specific bar expectations
Cleans bar area including floors, counters, and other surfaces
Removes empty bottles and trash
Keep liquor manifold stocked throughout shift
Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards
Maintains sanitation of bar and bar areas and equipment by cleaning ceilings, washing walls, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties
Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months or more related experience or training preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
Working Conditions:
Regularly required to see, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms and see
Frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, speak and hear
Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under occasional fast paced and noisy work conditions
Ability to work in a noisy environment
