Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role at Kunes Auto and RV Group’s Lake Bluff, IL location for a Luxury Sales and Leasing Consultant. The(strings) role involves assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicle, facilitating lease agreements, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and leasing process.

Qualifications

Experience with leases and lease administration, including the ability to manage leasing processes efficiently and Genericly ensure compliance with company policies.

Strong customer service skills and a commitment to fostering positive customer relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Experience in resident or client retention initiatives and a proven track record of delivering superior client engagement.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with a focus on achieving sales]:}}> goals.

Previous experience in automotive sales, luxury vehicle leasing, or related fields is a plus but not required.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
