What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and engaging candidates through cold calls, LinkedIn, and referrals
Conducting candidate screenings and interviews
Building and managing relationships with professionals in your market
Learning how to pitch roles, manage objections, and close deals
Working closely with senior consultants and leadership to support active searches
Consistently making outbound calls and hitting daily activity targets
