SUPERVISOR: Branch Operations Manager
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Full-time position for a Customer Services Representative/Loan Assistant to provide front‑line customer service and support loan officers with loan processing and accounting functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma and/or
Experience in customer service, accounting or banking and/or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Effective interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge and understanding of agriculture business or finance
Computer proficiency
Attention to detail and quality organizational skills

Salary commensurate with experience
Vacation days allocated based on years of service to a maximum 200 hours per year
