Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is looking for a Business Compliance Manager (Remote) to collaborate closely with the Business Compliance Director. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and upholding ethical practices within the organization, especially for new business initiatives and alternative payment models.
Accountabilities
Act as the compliance point of contact for new alternate payment model initiatives, providing guidance.
Stay informed on legal and regulatory changes, ensuring departments align with them.
Coordinate across departments to implement compliance mechanisms that meet contractual commitments.
Support compliance monitoring activities and collaborate with leadership to assess program maturity.
Assist in implementing corrective and preventive action programs.
Help develop compliance programs for value‑based care, ensuring adherence to applicable laws.
Provide compliance training and education for Accountable Care Organizations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance program management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and anti‑fraud laws.
