Customer Care Rep - Pay $15-16/hr. Dep on Exp
Location: Seffner, Florida. Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr. Bilingual preferred.
Starting Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience. Plus health benefits (available for associates who want them starting at $10 per week). Employee discounts on Rooms To Go furniture purchases.
Responsibilities
Make and receive phone calls from customers
Resolve customer issues
Arrange merchandise exchanges
Make customer accommodations
Advise customers with solutions for their needs
Schedule service visits to customers' homes
Coordinate all other services for Rooms To Go customers
Work Arrangement Opportunities available for two possible working schedules:
Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays & a day off during the week
Tuesday - Saturday
Work from Home (WFH) Program: Customer Service associates with suitable high-speed internet, work performance and professional working conditions may apply to WFH after the first 75 days of employment onsite.
If employed with us for less than 6 months: 3 days a week WFH, 2 days a week at the Care Center.
After 6 months: one week of every 6 weeks at the Care Center.
Work performance standards include quality of service provided, production levels and schedule adherence; standards increase with tenure.
Qualifications
Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation
Strong computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality to serve our customers
Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED
Suitable for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for 6 months or more
Great job for someone just entering or returning to workforce with limited experience and education
