**Sourcing Manager - JLL**
Responsible for developing supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; leading, and executing commodity sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives for facility and project services. Candidate will Closely participate in and with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.Monitor COI compliance and coordinate with suppliers to ensure all limits are adhered to per client requirements. Support and assist development of diversity and sustainability programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings.**Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:** Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience. **Required Skills and Experience:** Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment. Excellent communication skills – oral and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasked assignments and strict timelines. Understand legal documents with familiarity in the contracting and COI compliance process.
