Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs for DC leaders utilizing various modalities (e.g., classroom, e-learning, on-the-job training, blended learning, and multimedia aids).

Stay abreast of industry-leading research, trends, and best practices in learning and development, incorporating findings into program design and delivery to ensure innovative and cutting‑edge solutions.

Develop curriculum and materials to support and enhance employee onboarding programs, including new hire orientation (NHO) for exempt, non‑exempt, seasonal, and temporary employees, as well as comprehensive learning plans by role.

Develop programs to promote internal mobility and support succession planning, preparing high‑potential employees for future leadership roles.

Design and implement DC‑specific leadership programs and learning opportunities to foster strong leadership capabilities across the network.

Partner with Sephora North America, Sephora Global, and LVMH Global teams to understand global programs and direction and then design and develop the appropriate programming and delivering, including success measurements.

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years of experience in a learning and development role, with a significant focus on distribution centers or similar operational environments.

Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing large‑scale learning programs.

Experience with curriculum design and instructional material creation.
