As the Integrated Marketing Manager focused on demand generation, you will drive full‑funnel strategies that convert attention into revenue year‑round, operating independently of product launches and promotional cycles. You'll deliver 3‑4 major upper‑funnel brand campaigns annually, ongoing mid‑funnel nurture programs, and continuous lower‑funnel conversion optimization. Key Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross‑functional marketers to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.

Orchestrate the annual marketing calendar across paid, owned, and earned channels, identifying opportunities in cultural moments, seasonal events, and under‑penetrated markets while promoting unique offerings such as professional installation and limited edition customizations.

Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development, content creation, and performance analysis, setting a new bar for pace of execution across the organization.

Rapidly generate insights from consumer data, develop strategy, launch campaign variations, and optimize performance in real‑time.

Champion a data‑driven approach by tracking KPIs across all funnel stages—brand awareness, consideration, conversion, return on ad spend, and customer acquisition cost—and develop recommendations that build long‑term customer loyalty for both brands.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in‑house creative team

Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership

Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

Experience with AI/ML technologies

Experience defining marketing strategy and executional excellence

Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in‑house creative team

Experience developing cross‑functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions

Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery

Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Experience owning a global brand and driving aggressive brand awareness and growth goals

Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem‑solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $141,000.00–$190,700.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
