Hybrid schedule: Mondays to Thursdays on site and Fridays remote. The candidate will have Salesforce CRM experience and will join our Digital Rep Solutions team to create a better experience for a global network of employees. The design work is grounded on user experience research, WCAG conformance, and inclusive design principles.
Base pay range $43.06/hr - $48.06/hr
Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end product experience with a focus on user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Drive design direction that aligns with user research.
Identify opportunities for design and process improvements and drive their implementation.
Communicate with product teams and stakeholders to build relationships, understand their vision, and present creative ideas and solutions.
Foster a collaborative design process with product owners, designers, researchers, and tech partners to produce deliverables.
Leverage and contribute to the design system and component library.
Educate other teams on the benefits of UX.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a user experience designer.
BA degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrable experience in UX design methods, best practices, deliverables, and tools.
Robust understanding of usability principles and techniques.
Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive user flows and interactive patterns.
A11y knowledge/experience.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at every level.
Robust portfolio of work demonstrating your skills and experience in UX/UI design.
Skilled in Sketch, Figma, and or Adobe CS.
Team player attitude with openness and a desire to learn and develop with a problem-solving mindset.
