We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to support growth in our Strategic Territory Growth department with a focus on the Brazil/LATAM affiliate space. The role is remote (work‑from‑home). Candidates must reside in the United States, hold a valid passport, travel internationally, and speak fluent Portuguese. Fluency in Spanish is also welcomed.
The Role This role involves supporting clients through high‑value opportunities, providing strategic insights, managing top partner relationships, and driving revenue for the Growth & Partnerships department.
Top 5 Job Responsibilities
Publisher Performance – Contribute to overall revenue goals by creating high‑potential relationships and optimizing publishers, including paid placements, commission increases, and review products.
Performance and Placement Trackers – Keep the department relationship tracker updated with partnership details and maintain the client‑approved placement tracker.
Subject‑Matter Expert – Act as a trusted resource on client verticals, proactively leading conversations to share expertise across the organization.
Business Development – Identify new high‑quality partnerships and opportunities based on client needs and industry trends kohd
Top 10 Partner Management – Manage relationships, budgets, and timelines for the top publishers on behalf of the client.
Strategy and Execution
Align with Client Strategy – Participate in engagement kickoff calls and ongoing calls; ask appropriate questions and understand client goals and KPIs.
Own Strategy Implementation – Create and execute plans for recruitment and paid placement initiatives, negotiate terms, set up campaigns, and manage 95 % of strategy independently.
Adapt and Pivot – Modify strategies to meet client goals and communicate realistic expectations without damaging relationships.
Pitching Opportunities
Persuasiveness – Continuously pitch and secure approval for new, innovative opportunities with a clear “why” and data‑backed benefits.
Publisher Vertical Knowledge – Maintain a strong understanding across publisher verticals to address client questions and competitor insights.
Tenacity – Overcome objections and provide alternatives, backed by detailed knowledge of publishers and the overall portfolio.

Aptitude for digital strategies in the Brazilian and wider LATAM market.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
